For your visit to Crystal Calm Spa, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing. If you're coming in for a body contouring session, please wear a sports bra and underwear that you feel comfortable in. We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures that our practitioners' time is respected. If you cancel within less than 12 hours, you may forfeit the full price of your appointment.
